New features

• Barcode scanning for purchase orders : Purchase orders now offer a new scan entry mode, enabled with a simple “manual / scan” toggle. In scan mode, a single field lets you add a product in one move: each scanned barcode automatically creates the line, with a summary panel showing the result (success or failure), the number of scanned products and the last product added. The system identifies the product and its size from the barcode using several information sources. Barcodes are now stored for each product, visible on the product sheet and available in imports and exports. When a barcode is unknown, the line stays pending while the information is retrieved, and missing barcodes can be tracked and completed easily.

• Completing lines after scanning : Once scanning is done, you can fill in the missing details on each line (VAT, purchase price, product condition, tag, sales channels). If the same product appears on several lines, editing one line automatically applies to the other affected lines. A new “in progress” status lets the order move forward only once all information is complete.

• Bulk repricing from the model catalog : A repricing button is now available in the model catalog. After selecting one or several products, or a whole model, you can update the various prices at once (public, dropshipping, B2B, B2B dropshipping): the new prices apply immediately to all affected variants, without going through an import.

• Bulk pricing : A dedicated pricing window is available in purchase orders, expeditions, internal sales and invoices. After adding your products, you choose to apply a price per reference or per reference and size, enter the desired sale price, and it all applies at once to the relevant products. The page can be reopened at any time to adjust prices.

• Price history per product : A new tab on product variants lets you view the price history, along with a summary view at the model level showing price changes by size.

Improvements

• Preview before creating products : When creating a new product from the central database, if the product does not exist on Units, a search is made on StockX. A preview step now displays your search results on StockX (product name and SKU) before creating the product, allowing you to select the product you were looking for.

• Copy option on many fields : A quick copy option has been added to many fields across the application (references, order numbers, customers, companies, emails, etc.), to grab a value in a single click.

• More flexible search in stock and catalog : Search in stock and catalog now finds products even when the entered words don't appear consecutively in the name. It's enough for all the searched words to be present, making search much more forgiving.

• Product comment in purchase orders : A “Product comment” field has been added when adding a product to a purchase order, available for all order types. This comment is carried over automatically to the stock unit created. The order's former “Comment” field is renamed “Purchase order comment” for greater clarity.

• Sizes suggested from the size guide : In standard purchase orders, when size guides are enabled, only the sizes matching the selected model are suggested, in the configured size unit. The size field becomes available as soon as a model is chosen.

• More readable store labels : The store label format has been reworked to avoid text overflow: the product name is limited to one line and the information is reorganized to stay readable and consistent.

• More readable product reference : References are now displayed with spacing between the digits, as on labels, while remaining selectable and copyable in a single move.

• Faster catalog loading : Catalog pages load noticeably faster, and actions such as adding to the cart are taken into account more quickly.

• Redesigned notifications panel : The notifications panel display has been reworked for clearer reading.

• Redesigned size guides administration : The size guides administration screen now has a clearer, more pleasant presentation.

• Support access highlighted : How the support works and how to reach it are now better highlighted in the application.

• Redesigned dashboards : The dashboards presentation has been reworked for a clearer display.

Fixes

• Search within filters : Search inside filters works correctly again, including when a filter contains only a few values.

• Sorting invoices by date : Sorting invoices by date now orders the rows correctly.
