Who this is for
The General tab groups the cross-cutting settings that you, as tenant administrator, can configure yourself: default size chart, Rezomatic shop names, and a few behavior options tied to enabled features.
This is the tab worth knowing as a system administrator. Most settings are configured once when getting started and rarely need to be touched again.
Input format
The tab shows a table with, for each setting:
- Key β Internal identifier for the setting (read-only, used for troubleshooting).
- Field name β Human-readable label.
- Field value β Input field (text, number, toggle, selection, etc. depending on the setting's type).
Save button at the bottom to confirm all changes on the tab at once.
Typical settings
Size charts
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Base size unit | The main unit of measurement used throughout the system: US, UK, EU, or CM. US by default. |
| Size unit on labels | Unit of measurement printed on physical stock labels: US, UK, EU, or CM. Can differ from the base unit. |
Good to know β These two settings are independent: you can run your stock in US sizing on the system side (to stay consistent with your international catalog) while printing labels in EU sizing in-store (to speak to your French customers). The mapping is handled by the size charts defined for each brand (see the Product catalog documentation).
Rezomatic shop names
If you use a Rezomatic till, each shop code (e.g. PR for Paris, TL for Toulouse) automatically generates a dedicated setting in the General tab once shop sales start coming into the system:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Rezomatic shop name [CODE] | Readable name of the shop matching the Rezomatic code (e.g. "Paris RΓ©publique shop" for the PR code). |
These names are used to easily identify sales by shop in lists and exports. If a new code appears in your sales (a new shop opens), a new row is automatically added to the General tab β you just need to name it.
Conditional options
Depending on the features enabled on your tenant (configured by Units), additional settings may appear:
- StockX pricing (if the
pricing_stockxfeature is enabled) β Specific settings for automatically retrieving StockX market prices. - Other ad-hoc options depending on your configuration.
