StockX tab (if the StockX module is enabled)
Who this is for
The StockX tab groups the default settings applied to the tenant's StockX operations: commission rate, related fees, linked customer, automatic invoicing, legal notices for auto-generated invoices.
These settings are used as default values when you create a new StockX account, and can be overridden on a case-by-case basis for each account (see the Marketplaces > StockX documentation).
Settings
| Setting | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| StockX: Commission rate | Number | Percentage of commission taken by StockX on each sale. Used to calculate margins and for auto-invoicing. |
| StockX: Related fees | Number | Fixed fees per sale (transaction fees, etc.) in euros. |
| StockX customer | Autocomplete | Customer to link to StockX sales by default. Will appear as the buyer on invoices auto-generated for StockX. |
| StockX: Automatic invoicing | Toggle | If enabled, the system automatically generates an invoice for StockX when each sale is confirmed. |
| StockX: Legal notices | Long text | Default legal notices printed on auto-generated StockX invoices. |
| StockX: Comments | Long text | Default comment added to auto-generated invoices. |
How this works with StockX accounts
The settings on this tab serve as default values, but each StockX account (see Marketplaces > StockX) carries its own values, which take precedence:
- If a StockX account has a specific commission rate → that rate applies to the account's sales.
- If an account has no specific value → the settings on this tab apply instead.
This is useful when you have several StockX accounts (for example, one per company in the tenant) that share the same legal notices and the same auto-invoicing setup, but with different commission rates depending on your contract with StockX.
Good to know — This is not where you configure OAuth (Client ID / Client Secret / Authorization code) for StockX: those credentials are entered on the StockX account record itself, since they are specific to each account. See Marketplaces > StockX > Connect the API documentation.
