Introduction
Welcome to the Units AIO ERP documentation.
Units AIO is an integrated management solution designed for professional resellers, wholesalers, and retailers.
It centralizes all of your business operations: stock, purchasing, sales, shipments, invoicing, e-commerce and marketplace integrations (Shopify, GOAT, StockX), in-store checkout, and consignment.
This documentation covers all of the available modules. Whether you're picking up the ERP for the first time or looking for details on a specific process, you'll find explanations, screens, and best practices here.
Who this documentation is for
It is written for end users of Units — operations teams, tenant administrators, salespeople, warehouse staff, and accountants. It describes what you see on screen, not how the ERP is built technically.
Not all of the features described are necessarily enabled for you: Units is modular. Depending on your setup, some menus won't appear (for example, Shopify if you don't have an e-commerce site). The relevant sections are flagged with the note "depending on your setup" or a Good to know box.
How the documentation is organized
The documentation is broken down by module. Each module has its own document, always following the same structure: general concept, screens, process flow, special cases.
