Price levels
The ERP manages several price levels on a product (variant) in the catalog. These values are available either through the Excel export or through the "Prices and taxes" tab of a product page in the catalog:
| Price | Description |
|---|---|
| Retail price (incl. VAT) | Selling price shown to the end customer. |
| Promo price (incl. VAT) | Promotional price. If greater than 0, it replaces the displayed retail price. |
| Dropshipping price (incl. VAT) | Selling price in dropshipping mode, if the DS channel is enabled. |
| Consignment price (incl. VAT) | Price used for consignment (if the feature is enabled). Can be calculated automatically or entered manually. |
On a model, the prices shown are calculated from the variants (lowest price in stock, lowest dropshipping price, and so on). You do not type a model-level price on the sheet. To apply the same amount to every variant of a model, use Repricing from the list.
Repricing
Repricing updates catalog selling prices without an Excel file.
- Open the product list (Catalog > Products).
- Tick one or more models or variants.
- In the bulk actions, click Repricing.
- The Repricing of the selection window opens. Fill in only the prices you want to change, then Save.
| Field | Effect |
|---|---|
| Retail price | New retail price, incl. VAT. |
| Promo price | New promo price, incl. VAT. |
| DS price | New dropshipping price, incl. VAT. Depending on your workspace, the field may be labeled Manual DS price. |
| B2B price / B2B DS price | Shown only when those prices are enabled on your workspace. |
- A field left empty is left unchanged.
- At least one price is required.
- A tick on a model applies the price to all of its variants. A tick on a variant changes only that size.
- The new prices apply immediately. If a store is connected, the updated variants are sent back to it.
Price history
Every price change is kept.
- On a variant, open the Price history tab, or the Price history button on the Prices and taxes screen.
- The table shows the date, the user (or Automatic when the ERP calculated the price), the field, the value before, and the value after.
- If nothing has changed yet, the message "No price history available." is shown.
Taxes (VAT)
Each product is associated with a VAT (main rate) and optionally a supplementary tax. VAT rates are configurable under Catalog > Taxes. The calculation of amounts including/excluding VAT is done automatically.
When created through import, VAT is resolved by its name in the Excel file (e.g. "VAT 20%"). If the VAT isn't found, a default VAT (20%, on price) is applied.
Tiered pricing
The ERP supports tiered pricing based on quantity thresholds. This feature lets you offer automatic discounts based on the quantity ordered. Tiers are defined by a maximum quantity threshold and an associated unit price.
Automatic StockX pricing
If the StockX pricing integration is enabled and the "SX pricing" flag is active on a model:
- The ERP periodically retrieves StockX market data (the lowest ask) for each variant.
- These prices are used to automatically calculate the dropshipping price (incl. VAT) by applying: StockX fees, shipping costs, the configured margin, and VAT.
- The final price is rounded up to the nearest multiple of 5.
StockX market prices are also stored on individual stock entries, to allow for detailed profitability tracking.
