Excel export
Export Excel button at the top right of the list. Starts an asynchronous export:
- The export task is created and queued.
- You are notified as soon as the file is ready.
- The file can be downloaded from the notification center (top right of the interface).
If filters are active, only the filtered customers are exported. To export the whole record, remove the filters first.
Exported columns
The file follows exactly the same structure as the import file (same columns, same order, same labels) β which lets you use it as-is as a bulk update file.
Main columns:
| Section | Columns |
|---|---|
| Type | Business? (0 / 1) |
| Category | Customer category |
| Company | Company name, business registration number, EU VAT number |
| Profiles | Facebook profile (link), Instagram profile (link), Date of first contact |

Field format
- Country: 2-letter ISO code (
FR,BE,DE, etc.). - Title:
MorMme(depending on configuration). - Business?:
0(Individual) or1(Business). - Dates:
dd/mm/yyyyformat.
Excel import
The import lets you create or update customers in bulk from an .xls or .xlsx file. The structure must follow exactly the template provided by the system.
Preparing the file
- On the list, click Import.
- On the import page, Template panel: click Download template. The file contains the correct headers and a sample line.
- Fill in the file line by line:
- Email: the matching key.
- If the email already exists β the existing record is updated.
- If the email does not exist β a new customer is created.
- Follow the formats: country in ISO 2 (
FR), Business? as0/1, dates asdd/mm/yyyy.
Running the import
- On the Import page, Import file panel: select the file then click Validate.
- The lines are queued and processed one by one in the background. A real-time counter shows: Total / Imported / Pending.
- Once the import is finished, you are notified.
Checking the results
The table at the bottom of the page lists each line of the file with its status:
- Pending β Line not yet processed.
- Yes β Line imported successfully (created or updated).
- Error β Line with an error. The error message gives the cause (missing email, unknown country, duplicateβ¦).
The Processed filter at the top lets you show only pending, OK, or error lines.
Clearing the import table
Clear import table button: removes your pending lines. Useful in case of an interrupted import, a poorly prepared file, or to start fresh. If several users have imports in progress, this action only clears your own lines.
Special import cases
- Email already used: the existing record is updated (new fields overwrite the old ones). No duplicate record is created.
- Missing country: the line is still created, but without a country (to be filled in manually afterward).
- Unknown category: the value is ignored if it does not exist in your configured categories. Create the category first under Tools > Attributes > Customer categories, then re-import.
Tip β Bulk update β Export the records, change whatever you want in Excel (e.g. add a category to a segment, fix addresses, update phone numbers), save, then re-import. Existing records will be updated while keeping their other information.
