Concept
GOAT is one of the leading sneaker marketplaces worldwide. The system handles two distinct account types for GOAT:
- Main account (S2V / Consign) β For sales going through GOAT ("Ship to Verify") and consignment sales (you send the stock directly to GOAT, which then takes care of it).
- Dropshipping account (DS) β For sales that do not go through GOAT (the product is sent directly to the final customer, without passing through GOAT).
Each type corresponds to different sales flows, different commission rates, and a different way of operating. You can have several GOAT accounts (for example, one per company in the tenant).
Connecting to the GOAT access key
The GOAT connection is managed through the Alias keys system (an identifier provided by GOAT for a professional customer).
Step 1 β Create an access key
Menu Marketplaces > GOAT, Access keys tab (shown when no account is selected), New button.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Key name | Internal label to identify the key (e.g. "Main account", "DS account"). Required. |
| Alias access key | Key provided by GOAT (the "alias key") β to be requested from your GOAT contact. Required. |
| Account type | S2V / Consign (main account) or Dropshipping. Determines the type of operations handled with this key. |
Save. The key is immediately available to attach to an account.
Step 2 β Create a GOAT account
Menu Marketplaces > GOAT, + button next to the accounts list (left-hand column), or directly New account at the top.
The form is organized into three panels.
Main information
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Account name | Internal label. Required. |
| Company linked to the account | Company in the tenant that owns the units sold through this account. Required in multi-company setups. |
| Alias access key | Selected from the keys created in step 1. Required. |
Account setup
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| GOAT customer | Customer (CRM) record to link to the account. Will appear as the buyer on invoices auto-generated for GOAT. |
| City | Default city where the account's units are stored (useful for picking). Required. |
| Consign price percentage | Delta percentage to apply between the "With You" and "Consigned" prices on the GOAT market (pricing setting). |
Finance and invoicing
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Commission rate | Commission taken by GOAT (as a %). Used to calculate margins and auto-invoicing. |
| Associated fees | Fixed fee per sale (handling fee, etc.) in euros. Used to calculate margins. |
Good to know β Once the account is created, the listing synchronization between GOAT and the system sets itself up automatically: units marked "GOAT listed" on the stock side are sent up as active listings on GOAT (provided the unit's company matches the account's company).
Tracking GOAT sales
GOAT sales can be viewed from Marketplaces > GOAT, Sales tab (shown by default). You can:
- View all accounts at once (click All accounts in the left-hand column).
- Or view a single account at a time (click the account's name in the left-hand column).

- Company, City β Where the unit comes from.

Sales synchronization
Sales are retrieved automatically from GOAT in the background (every few minutes). You do not need to do anything for them to show up.
On an account's record, the Listings table (tab of the same name) lets you see, in parallel, the list of active listings on GOAT, with their size and linked stock unit.
Shipping GOAT products (creating a picking list)
When sales are waiting to be shipped, the flow is as follows:
Step 1 β Filter and generate the picking list
- Go to Marketplaces > GOAT > Sales.
- Filter the list to keep only the sales you want to prepare together β typically:
- Select a single platform (Direct sale, Consign, or Dropshipping).
- Select a single company or a single access key.
- Optional: filter by city, SKU, status, etc.
- Click Generate a picking list (button at the top right of the list).
The system creates a picking list (a list of products to prepare) containing all the units matching the filters. The calculation runs in the background; a message confirms it has been queued.
Good to know β Picking list generation constraints
To generate a GOAT picking list, you must select either a single company, or a single access key. If you combine both (or neither), the system refuses with a clear error message. This is needed to guarantee consistency: all units in the same picking list must share the same GOAT account.
Step 2 β Physically preparing the parcels
The picking list created appears under the menu Product catalog > Stock > Restocks / Picking (see the Stock documentation). On the picking record, you see the list of units to prepare with their location, and you can scan the barcodes as you go.
Step 3 β Generating GOAT shipments
Once the parcels are ready, go back to Marketplaces > GOAT > Sales.
- Check the sales to ship (or use those already filtered).
- Click Generate GOAT shipments in the actions panel at the bottom.
The system automatically creates:
- One shipment per company with all the checked units.
- The customer attached is the GOAT customer set up on the account (GOAT customer field in the setup).
- The units move to the Sold status in stock.
Step 4 β Exporting shipping labels
Export shipment labels button: generates a PDF with the pre-formatted GOAT shipping labels for the checked sales. You print these labels and stick them on the parcels before handing them to the carrier.
If a sale is not eligible (incorrect status, not yet confirmed by GOATβ¦), the system flags the error in a red box.
