The Settings menu centralizes the global settings of your system: marketplace integrations, general behaviors, login credentials for external services. These are values that are rarely configured but that shape how the whole tool behaves.
Settings are organized into tabs, each tab grouping settings by theme:
Settings
├── General ← general settings (tenant administrator)
├── Shopify ← shown when the Shopify module is enabled
├── StockX ← shown when the StockX module is enabled
└── Shop consignment ← shown when consignment is enabledOther tabs can appear depending on the modules enabled on your workspace.
Good to know — Not every tab is visible to every user:
- The Shopify tab only appears if the Shopify module is enabled on your workspace.
- The StockX tab only appears if the StockX module is enabled on your workspace.
- The Shop consignment tab only appears if consignment is enabled.
When you open Settings, you land on the General tab by default.
Saving changes
On every tab (except Shopify, which has its own form with its own save button), a single Save button at the bottom of the page saves all of that tab's changes at once.
When saved, a green message "Changes saved successfully!" appears. Some changes take effect immediately (display settings), others only at the next relevant business event (commission rates applied to future sales).
Important — Be careful before changing a setting if you're not sure what it does. Settings change the system's behavior globally — changing the Label type, for example, switches the format of every newly exported label. If in doubt, contact your Units representative before making a change.
