Shopify synchronization relies on the prices entered at the level of each variant (not the model). You can set them in two ways.
A variant's price fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Public price | Default sale price shown on Shopify for physical units ("in stock"). |
| Promo price | Promotional price. If set, Shopify uses it as a crossed-out comparison price to display the discount. |
| Dropshipping price ("DS price") | Shopify sale price for the dropshipping mode (no physical stock). |
| Maximum products available for dropshipping ("DS limit") | Maximum quantity of this variant that can be ordered simultaneously via dropshipping. |
Option 1 — Pricing a variant directly
- Go to Product catalog (the list of models).
- Search for the relevant SKU.
- On the row for the variant to price, click Quick edit (lightning icon).
- Enter the values in the fields above.
- Save.
When saved, the variant is sent back for Shopify synchronization.
Option 2 — Bulk pricing via Excel
To modify many variants at once:
- From the Product catalog list, run an Excel export (button at the top right).
- Retrieve the file from the notification center once it's ready.
- In the file, find the Public price, Promo price, DS price, DS limit columns, and enter the desired values.
- Save the file.
- Go back to the Product catalog list, open the Import page (button at the top right), upload the file, and confirm.
Once the import is complete, all modified variants are updated and sent back for Shopify synchronization.
Good to know —
- Delete any rows in the Excel file that you don't want to change: this speeds up the import and avoids unnecessary rewrites.
- Don't delete columns you're not modifying: the import expects them.
- Enter numeric values in the price columns: text or a badly formatted cell will trigger an import error.
