Good to know β This documentation is for customers using the Rezomatic point of sale. If your store runs on Shopify POS, refer to the dedicated section of the Shopify documentation.
The Store module covers the physical in-store sales channel. When your business includes one or more points of sale, the stock in the ERP must be continuously synchronized with the Rezomatic point of sale (point-of-sale software published by TGM, hosted in the cloud) so that sales staff always have an up-to-date item sheet: title, price, size, city, location, condition, supplier.
The ERP is the source of truth for the catalog and stock; Rezomatic is the source of truth for payments. The two systems exchange information continuously:

β <ββ customer created / updated ββββββ βOn the ERP side, units sold in store appear with the "Invoiced in store" status (a locked status unless returned at the till) on the stock sheet, with a store sale reference attached. On the Rezomatic side, sales can be viewed and exported from the Rezomatic cloud portal (link and login details provided by TGM).
How store sales work
Life cycle of a sale
- The physical unit enters the ERP stock (via a purchase order, an import, an internal deposit, or a manual creation).
- The ERP automatically sends the item to Rezomatic (see synchronization section).
- The salesperson scans the barcode of the item at the Rezomatic point of sale when processing payment.
- Rezomatic decrements the item in its internal catalog.
- The ERP switches the unit to the "Invoiced in store" status: the unit is locked (the Status field is greyed out).
- A store sale reference is attached to the unit (visible in the "Invoicing info" panel of the stock sheet).
Locked status β As with units invoiced in B2B, a unit with the "Invoiced in store" status can no longer be modified. It can only be unlocked if the product is returned to the store.
List of store sales
Menu Sales > Store sales: a list similar to Web orders but filtered to the in-store channel.
The screen offers the same tools:
- Search by sale reference, customer, or Rezomatic number.
- Filters: status, city, SKU, size, sale date.
Clicking a row opens the sale sheet with its products, the customer (if identified at the till), the payment method, the total, and links to the related stock units.
On the Rezomatic side β processing payment
At the Rezomatic point of sale, the salesperson has the up-to-date catalog (pushed by the ERP) and can:
- Scan an item's barcode directly to add it to the cart.
- Manually search for an item by its internal reference.
- Identify or create a customer. If you link the sale to a customer on the Rezomatic side, it will be reflected in the ERP.
- Process payment using the payment methods configured on the till.
All the mechanics of the till (receipts, multi-method payments, exchanges, cash managementβ¦) are handled directly in the Rezomatic interface. The ERP does not take part in processing the payment itself: it provides the up-to-date catalog and receives the result of the sale.
