Overview
Attributes are the structured characteristics you attach to products (models and variants), stock units, third parties, and other entities as needed. Each attribute has a type (Size, City, Location, Condition, Brand, Customer category…) and carries several values (the available options).
This is the most structural module in Tools: it defines the classification framework for your whole business.

└── Value 4: NLYou manage attributes from Tools > Attributes.
Standard attributes
Some attributes are essential to the system's operation and must stay active. They cannot be deleted (the delete icon is hidden). The main ones:
| Attribute | Use |
|---|---|
| Size | Product sizes. The available values depend on the size chart configured (see Size charts under Brands). |
| City | City where units are located. Used everywhere: stock, purchase orders, shipments, internal sales, warehouses. |
| Location | Rack/bin/shelf within a city. Same idea. |
| Product condition | New, Used, etc. Notably determines whether margin VAT applies. |
| Brand | Brand of the model (adidas, Nike, etc.). Carries the size charts for each product type. |
| Category | Customer / supplier category (Reseller, Wholesaler, VIP…). |
| Services | Billable services (Return fees, Customization, Refurbishment…). Used on invoices. |
| Legal notices for invoices | Legal notice texts selectable on the invoice form depending on VAT. |
| Invoice comment | Comment texts selectable on the invoice form. |
