Invoices are available in French and English: two versions of the PDF are generated upon validation.
Preview (draft)
On a Draft invoice, two icons among the actions:
- Preview the invoice (French) — Opens the PDF generated on the fly (not official, shows the Draft status).
- Preview the invoice (English) — Same, in English.
Useful for proofreading before validation.
Export (validated)
On a Validated invoice, the same icons now download the official PDF:
- Export the invoice (French) — FR PDF with the official invoice number, legal notices and signature.
- Export the invoice (English) — Same, in English.
Both versions are stored on the server as soon as the invoice is validated: you can retrieve them at any time via these icons or via the bulk exports (CSV, ZIP).
