The process is identical to a standard order, with two differences:
- In step 1, choose Second-hand in the Purchase order type field.
- In step 2 (adding products), the Product model / SKU field is replaced by a Model name field, which lets you either select an existing model or create a new one on the fly — handy for adding a product that has never been entered into the catalog without having to interrupt your entry.
An extra field appears: Selling price incl. VAT (instead of Target price incl. VAT). This is the resale price you'll apply to the units created.
Manual entry
Identical to the standard order, with the addition of the Selling price incl. VAT field. You type a model name, and the ERP creates the model along the way: it will be automatically saved to the catalog with the minimum information (name, brand, size chart) — you can complete the sheet later if needed.
Entry via Excel import
The Excel template is different: it offers two extra columns in place of Model SKU:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name (FR) | Model name in French. Required. |
| Name (EN) | Model name in English. Optional. |
The model is created automatically in the catalog for each product.
The rest of the process (full file validation, row statuses, Import button) is identical to the standard flow.
